In this xxxx Independent Contractor role, Attorney at Law Magazine is seeking an energetic entrepreneurial individual to launch and sustain a magazine edition in their own market.

As a B2B publication, our publisher is responsible for generating advertising and marketing dollars for the publications. Additionally, the publisher is the face of the magazine. They are the voice of the legal community in their market. With such deep insight into the legal mindset, a lawyer is able to easily step into this role and lead the magazine to successful fruition.

And now, Attorney at Law Magazine is looking for a publisher to launch a new edition in your market
JOB DESCRIPTION
Selling print advertising into local edition and managing client support;
Selling editorial sponsorships and managing client support;
Selling, awarding and coordinating feature story marketing opportunities, including attending photo shoots and managing client support;
Selecting and coordinating local editorial content;
Networking within the local industry; and
Scheduling and attending sales appointments.
This is not a home:based business; it is an outside sales position that can be run from a home office.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful, the ideal candidate will be searching for a business opportunity. This is the chance to operate your own business with the support and backing of an experienced company. The individual selected will demonstrate a solid background in marketing and sales. The individual should be able to manage their time and complete the sales process from prospecting to closing the sale. Here are some skills required:
Three years of marketing or outside sales experience;
Demonstrated strong selling skills;
Entrepreneurial drive to operate own business;
Ability to prospect potential clients and manage a CRM;
Ability to manage time and achieve objectives;
THE SUPPORT
As a part of Target Market Medias dedication to each publisher and each magazine, the company will provide the following:
Magazine design, layout, printing and circulation;
The design of all marketing materials, including media kits and business cards;
Full billing, invoicing and collections of all accounts;
National editorial, and editorial staff and proofreaders;
The development of a print circulation list;
The initial and on:going training support
COMPENSATION
This opportunity is a 100 commission:based opportunity.
Commission is tiered, up to 30
Multimarket sales opportunities
No cap on your earning potential
With ongoing training and support from the corporate office, publishers will have the support to create a strong trade publication.
