We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to: • Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and perform control system troubleshooting, repair. Tests and measures finished products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications. Recommend modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. • Interpret engineering drawings, Wiring and Plumbing schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards. • Inspects, tests, and adjusts completed product to ensure that product meets specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. • Trains and oversees all Quality Department Personnel to ensure they have the skills required, if not, train or direct them to the qualified source for the training needed. Ensures personnel follow the establish standards, and schedules labor requirements to meet production needs. • Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production throughput problems, maximize product reliability, maximize production throughput, and minimize cost impact. • Skills for dimensional testing of product, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers, to verify conformance to specifications. • Develop ability to apply QC Tech skills to Technical Customer Service Support, Engineered Product Assembly and Engineering Tech functions as required. • Ability to maintain high quality standards, management skills and growth without supervision Position Requirements 5 years experience industry related BA in Production related field or equivalent Familiar with Inspection tools and techniques. Read machining blueprints, wiring and P&ID schematics, familiar with ISO Process, MGT experience a plus.
