This would be subcontract work. We are looking for someone to provide cleaning services to a small retail store in Carson City, NV 2 days a week. The site is xxxx sqft and we do have a key/code so that the site can be serviced before open or after close. We also have 2 sites in Reno. 1 requires 2 times a week cleaning from 8am to 10am and the other site in Reno requires quarterly floor care.
Subcontractor Insurance Requirements are:
General Liability $1,000,000.00
Workman's Comp Insurance
Fidelity Bond of at least $10,000.00
