In the main kitchen, clean and sanitizes all floors, stainless steel, wall, front of all walk-in refrigerators/freezers, empty all office trash, keeps all doors clean and free of visible prints and dirt.This position is accountable for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes within the established time frames and guidelines. Nature and Scope:This position is challenged to meet the patient and non-patient needs for clean and sanitized dishes prior to meal and snack service, to clean small cooking and serving equipment and tools, and to clean and sanitize floors in the main kitchen, storeroom and food services offices as assigned. This position may be assigned front of all serving areas including the cleaning and sanitizing of counter fronts and glass in the kitchen and cafeteria. This position may be responsible to vacuum the dining area, (make sure all tables and chairs are clean and sanitary; clean the tray return area (as applicable based on facility)). This position is responsible for recording dish machine temperatures.The incumbent must be able to work cooperatively and courteously with co-workers within a small work area of varying temperature and humidity.The incumbent
