Northern Nevada Medical Center is recruiting an Orthopaedic/Upper Extremity Surgeon for a brand new orthopedics group which will serve the Sparks community.
The hospital is assisting several small groups in the area who are consolidating into a single new group that will be based in Sparks, and will be well positioned to expand the scope of orthopedic services in the surrounding community. The new group anticipates having a staff of 10 to 15 surgeons to start, with the incoming surgeons expected to be busy very soon after starting. Ideal candidates will be BC/BE. Compensation will include a competitive salary with RVU-based bonus structure, benefits, potential partnership track and other incentives.
