We work with independent advisors or agents all over the country to develop leads and increase production on the life and annuity side of the business.
Job Duties:
:Present Life and Annuity products and ideas to clients
:Work with other professionals to assist in providing a holistic retirement or estate plan
:Market to potential clients using established and successful programs
:Provide the best possible solution for clients needs
Requirements:
:Active FL Life Insurance license
:Honesty and Integrity : Always protecting the clients best interest
:Insurance sales experience (Annuity sales experience is a plus)
:Ability to learn and apply new techniques
:NO cold:calling
Support:
:Backing of and full access to dozens of financial professionals with decades of industry experience at your fingertips
:Full back end support ensuring your time is well spent in front of clients
:Proven marketing methods to ensure success
:Customized training with some of the industrys most successful advisors
:Flexibility to work from inside or outside the office
Compensation:
:This is a full commission position with most 1st year advisors ranging between 120K : 250K with no ceiling ( Most advisors 2nd year and beyond make well over 300K)
