The Property Manager II position oversees the operations for Reservations, Front desk, Housekeeping and Homeowner relations as well as ensures quality levels and maximizes rental potential. This position is also responsible for coordinating Housekeeping, Maintenance, Inspections etc.. Manage / train staff as well as monitor budget and payroll. Some of the essential job functions include: * Manage rental program to ensure maximum revenue potential and ensure consistant quality levels * Interview, train and supervise staff * Work with homeowners and associations updating rooms and properties thru refurbishing, maintenance upkeep and special projects. * Work closely with housekeeping, front desk and reservations to provide quality services to our guests and homeowners. * Work on cost savings ideas and growing the rental program * Communicate goals and responsibilities to department. * Maintain P&L; and variance reports * Participate on department and company teams. * Monitor and resolve any owner or guest issues * Oversee all capital projects * Manage labor hours and payroll submittals *Have fun.
