Observe sales associates and give constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Develop individual sales goals. Conduct sales meetings, to introduction of new product, modification of product, price updates, discontinued products, and upcoming promotions. Monitor and track store traffic Report and discuss sales analysis, goals, and issues with upper management. Maintain schedules to ensure full coverage.
