General Job Description: Implements the organization’s strategic sales plans, and execute on decided goals.  Builds strong customer relations with a focus on increasing market segment penetration specifically in Industrial/Automation, Defense/Aerospace, and Medical Applications. Ability to Solution Sell, and understand Value Proposition. Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations. Customer interfacing.   Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts. Experience with DOD contracting requirements and proposal writing.  Business Development or growth experience preferred. Strategic planning and excution preferred.
