Hello, My sweet dog Lili and I are hoping to find a roommate, who is preferably a dog-lover and have a laid back personality. I am looking for some young energy in the house. :) The room is available as of March 1st xxxx. I live in a 3 bdrm 2 bath pretty modern home, with a 2 car garage, some storage space, great location!!! You would have your own room (average size 10x10) with shared bathroom and half of the garage. The house is off of Robb drive, close to Scholaris, minutes away from major shopping centers, Hwy and UNR. I am looking for a professional or student, who is friendly, kind, and appreciates humor. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or drugs!! I work a lot, but whenaround, I am active and love to be outdoors. I also just like to hang out at home, cooking, watching movies etc. The rent is $450 per month with all utilities included (cable internet, water, gas, electric) + 150 security deposit.
