Laundry available on-site by appointment. Bicycle, skis, snowboard rack available.
PARKING: On street parking only.
PETS: One indoor only fixed cat okay. One or two birds okay.
LAUNDRY: On-site, washer and dryer available by appointment, one load a week.
BATHROOMS: One indoor full bath with shower tub. Two grand outdoor summer showers with hot and cold water; one with morning sun the other evening sun.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: in advance: equal to one month's rent -- includes cat or bird.
