Constitutional Carry Needs 30 seconds of your time in Reno, Nevada For Sale

Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Greg Brower, doesn't believe that Constitutional Carry has a chance, so he's not going to give it one. If it doesn't get scheduled for a vote, it simply dies without a chance.
