Trying to get away from manually entering time cards for our employees.
I would like to give our staff/temps the opportunity to securely submit using the web, via login.
Once they have submitted their time, the supervisor is emailed for the account they are assigned to can then log in and approve the time sheet.
We are then notified of the completed and approved time card and can do payroll. We can then run a report and export to csv file or excel.
Some other other bells and whistles I would like are, reminder notifications to staff to submit time cards to staff.
Would need a admin console or something so we can add staff, acct. supervisors and ability to edit, (assign a temp to another company if they change assignments)
Allow users to reset password, capcha.
